Four-time Grammy winner Steve Martin will be among the headliners at the 2010 Bonnaroo Festival in Manchester, Tennessee. The comedian, actor and banjo star was among the notable acts announced today for the festival, which will take place June 10-13.
Steve Martin, Charles R. Humphrey IIISteve Martin, left, performs a song with bass player Charles R. Humphrey III of the Steep Canyon Rangers in May, 2009.

Some of the other acts sharing the bill? Jay-Z, Weezer, Norah Jones, Dave Matthews Band, The Flaming Lips, Thievery Corporation, The National … you get the picture. It’s a big show.

Bonnaroo has solidified its place among national and international festival heavyweights in recent years, rivaling Lollapalooza, Coachella and the upstart Pitchfork festival. (Despite the disadvantage of being in Tennessee.)

Bonnaroo organizers have been announcing acts all day long on their myspace page. Tickets are on-sale now.

Martin, as many may know, recently picked up a Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album for his 2009 solo debut, The Crow. He also won in 2003 for Best Country Instrumental Performance, and twice for Best Comedy Album in the ’70s.

Here’s Mr. Martin, performing a song called “Late for School” on Saturday Night Live, a program he’s hosted fifteen times, which is a lot of times.

He is also in films.
